If you are reading this, then I would like to thank you for taking enough of an interest in City Limits to waste a few more minutes, and in the unlikely case that you are not related to me in anyway, let me tell you a little about me and my comic.
I think the overall mood of my comic can really be expressed by one of my favorite quotes, by George Carlin; (I'm sorry if I'm not getting this exactly right) "I've had three major disappointments in my life: one from religion, one from politicians, and one from the species." Truth be told, I've never asked that much from religion so I can't say that I've been disappointed by it. As for the other two, both topics are really responsible for why City Limits is in existence. The ability to express my opinion (and or rage) about any topic I choose--and in theory, have anybody in the world be able to see it--is very appealing.
On the art side of things, I've always loved comic strips. I actually had a volume of "The Far Side" before I could even read. Then a little later, I fell hard for comic books. It started simple, Spiderman "Web of Spiderman #74" to be exact. Soon to follow were many others: The X-men, Excalibur, and most important Batman.
In a nutshell, that's it. The rhyme and the reason, enjoy.
